We are told to love God will all of our heart, with all of our minds and with all of our strength. Part of loving God will all our minds is to be a learning people. We offer a number of opportunities to learn. First, we take our preaching seriously, recognizing that the scriptures teach us about God’s love for us and about how we are to live out the scripture in our daily lives. On Sunday we have adult education after worship. Currently we are using the series, The Chosen, to kick off our discussion. Each Wednesday we livestream Bible Study at 7:00 in the evening. We use this time to dig deep into the scripture lessons, usually the Gospel, that is going to be read the following Sunday. We also do a Lenten series every year, have a group that studies books on Wednesday mornings and our St. Mary’s Guild brings in guest speakers each month, October through May. We also have confirmation classes as needed and provide individualized education prior to baptisms and weddings
